I have n old FItbit one that was not syncing with my iphone or ;alptop - I now have a new one. How do I set up the new one - my phone still has the old information on it

Go into the account section of the app (it looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device". Choose the One and it will ask you if you want to replace your existing One. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
