Best AnswerHello @Oh2btan and welcome to the Community. The One doesn't have any GPS capability. It measures distance using steps x stride length. Fitbit uses recognized equations that estimate your stride length based on your height.

Best Answer@Oh2btan Your height is on your Profile. Fitbit usually asks for it when you first set up your account.
You can check yours on your Fitbit app by tapping on your profile picture, then your name at the top to view your profile. Update it, if needed.
