How do I sync my Fitbit one to my iPad??

It is already synced to my iPhone and was also on my iPad until last week when I had problems like so many of us apparently did and I had to remove the app!! Now it will not work unless I go direct to Fitbit.com and the screen is nothing like the one on my iPhone! I would like them to both look the same and sync properly!! I sent an email nearly a week ago but no response whatsoever!!!

@MrsB115 Thanks for joining us! In this case, please make sure that your iPad model is compatible with the Fitbit app by clicking here. If it is, then please follow these steps to troubleshoot the syncing issues your tracker and iPad are currently experiencing:

 

- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.

- If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.

- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.

- Restart your tracker again.

- Also, you might want to try setting it up from a different device such as a computer.
