How often can I sync my fitbit?

I guess I'm wondering why sometimes I try to sync right after exercise and it doesn't do it. Is there some sort of time required for the information to come to my computer?

Oddly enough, yesterday I couldn't get my Versa to sync all day. This morning it started working again, including all the steps from yesterday. Now it's my One that's being stubborn.

There is no time limit, but sometimes it just doesn't sync, but then will sync later on, for no apparent reason.  But all data will still get synced if it is withing 5-7 days.

Other than wanting to see it updated right away, there's generally no need to be concerned right away when a sync fails; giving it time and trying again later usually works, even though not ideal.
