I am so sorry you lost it.
I hope it turns up.

Oh, that's such an awful feeling! I lost my Fitbit One Christmas shopping. I was in a hurry, and racing from shop to shop and I guess reaching in and out of my pocket for my cards... I was so upset when I got home and found it gone! The next day I went into every shop I had been into the day before, waving my phone about and seeing if it would sync... nothing!
At the end of the day I went into the local Sainsburys and it began to sync! So I knew it was in there somewhere. The store manager said nothing had been handed in -- he wasn't at all interested -- and I kept saying it has to be here somewhere, and going up and down the aisles waving my phone like a madwoman. Eventually the security guard found it hooked to one of the shopping baskets. So miracles do happen!
I would suggest retracing your steps and checking constantly if you detect a sync. Maybe you'll be lucky, like me. I hope so!

Hello @LW515,
I would take a close look at your dashboard and it'll give you some clues...
First, make sure that it's still paired to your account. Look at your devices and make sure that it is still listed.
Second, look at your last sync time. Think about what you were doing at that time. Cross reference texts, e-mails, and Facebook posts to jot your memory.
Next, look at your activity during that time, specifically at your step and floor count; the activity graph on your activity page has five minute resolution. If you synced at 7:15am for instance... And found that you had neither steps nor floors leading up to that time, then you were probably sitting down somewhere. Where were you sitting down at 7:15am? If you find that you had just done two flights of stairs, where were you at 7:15am where you climbed two flights of stairs?
Finally, if you find that it is still syncing, then change your greeting to your phone number and set an alarm. With any luck someone will hear it and call you.
I hope this helps.
