Losing Data

I use the app with GPS to track my hikes & walks. Right after I finish I can see all the info & the data is on the dashboard. Then sometimes the hike or walk disappears from my activity tracker. If I add it manually it will duplicate my steps & distance. If I don't add it I'll never get my active days goal. I've uninstalled the app & reinstalled still no help.

Contact Support so they can look into your account to see if something is going on
