Were you able to contact our Support Team as @WendyB mentioned on her post? If not I reinforce this so they can take a look in your account and provide you with the best option to get you back on track. You can contact them via email, or if you are in the US via live chat or calling at (877) 623-4997 from Monday to Sunday, from 4am to 9pm (PT).
Another thing you can try is to use the bluetooth on your phone and walk around the place you saw it the last time, if you can see the name of your One in the bluetooth connected devices that means that the Fitbit is around you.
