My FitBit One is still not syncing.

The earlier thread was closed and said to open a new post. 

 

My FitBit One is still not syncing. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it with the new update that is supposed to fix the sync issue.  My app sees the fitbit of all my co-workers but not my Fitbit One.  I've turned on and off the bluetooth with no luck.  I've powered on and off my Fitbit One.  My Fitbit One is charged.  What needs to be done to fix this.  I want to get this working and should not have to buy a new device

Feel free to clear the Fitbit App cache on the phone if not already done, all your data stays intact, the fitbit app will recreate the cache when syncing with your account.
 
Sometimes installing new app updates over existing ones, while using the cache for the previous app version(s).. can cause bugs / glitches.. like a app not loading, or crashing..
