One: Not Recording Sleep

I haven't used my FitBit One for a few months and I need it for a sleep record for my doctor. Hopefully  it will help us figure out my health problems! 

I charged it up yesterday. 

I put it into sleep mode last night while on my wrist. I took it off of sleep mode this morning. There is nothing showing at all for my sleep logging/data. 

I just restarted my One. Is there anything else I can try for tonight?

Welcome to the forums! I know you said you restarted it. But doing it consecutively 3 times helps.

 

If it does not work tonight after doing this then I would contact support
