My one was working fine last week. went away for the weekend and got a power low warning on Saturday. Last Sync was Saturday 7am. Now home and One fully charged but will not sync, tried through Bluetooth on phone, disabled bluetooth on phone and tried the little dongle thing on the computer. No sucess. Any ideas?

Have you moved the dongle to a different USB port? It might help

Sorry no help here except the same has happened to me. I was wondering if this is anything to do with the recent IOS updates?
All my other Bluetooth devices are working.

I have just re - paired my Fitbit, (removed the Fitbit from my phone, then added it as a new device). It is now all working, all data restored.

Think I will have to try re-pairing as well. My feeling is that problem is with the ONE, as all my other bluetooth devices are working fine.

Same here. It hasn't synced since 5:01am this morning. All Fitbit updates on my devices have been done

I deleted the device on my iPhone and tried to reconnect but to no avail. Now my computer is not showing any devices. Both my iPhone and iPad don't show the Sleep Log and no activity log as well. This is such a screw up! HELP!!

I tried deleting my Fitbit One and reconnect but can't do it! Not happy at all. I don't have the time to play with this. It was all fine before the last update

Help! For the last week and a half my fitbit has not synced on my phone! I have tried all the suggestions. After deleted and installing the icon on my phone, I now no longer have the "step" tracking!! Tried deleting and installing again with no luck! Don't know what to try next - anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!!

I'm in the same boat as everyone else here since yesterday morning. I "restarted" the fitbit, no change. I rebooted my phone, no change. I turned off/on bluetooth on both computer and phone. No change. I guess I will try the re-pairing.

This is ridiculous! None of my device will sync now. Yesterday I had the same problem again as I had the day before. I had to connect my fitbit One to the computer and it finally worked. Today my iPhone, iPad and computer hasn't synced since 9:38 last night!!! This is crazy. My iPad and iPhone and computer are showing 0 steps, 0 sleep and only estimated calories burned. On my iPhone and iPad the little wheel is going and going trying to sync but to no avail. This all happened with the new update. Bring back the old one!!!

Trying to get all devices to sync but nothing. I connected my fitbit to the computer and all I get is a window stating Make sure it's close to your computer....IT'S ATTACHED...HOW MUCH CLOSER CAN IT GET?

Even when I try to reinstall, hold down the button for 2-3 minutes, nothing happens....NOTHING. What's going on? Phew! I was finally able to remove the fitbit One and reinstall and sync the fitbit One to my iPhone. Yesterday that didn't work and I was only successful on my computer. Today only the iPhone. Is this going to be a daily event?
