My one was working fine last week. went away for the weekend and got a power low warning on Saturday. Last Sync was Saturday 7am. Now home and One fully charged but will not sync, tried through Bluetooth on phone, disabled bluetooth on phone and tried the little dongle thing on the computer. No sucess. Any ideas?

I finally got my back online. Let's hope it stays. I had rebooted my computer and my phone. I had turned the wifi on both on and off. I removed my One from the app, then I couldn't get it to "find" the fitbit. Finally I found another article that told how to reboot the One. (You have to plug it in to the computer, hold down the button for 10-12 seconds, take it off the cable, then push the button for it to come back on; I got the code right then) As soon as it came back on I was in business! It added correctly and is currently functioning correctly.
Good luck!

Finally!!! Right now it is working - I hope it stays. I did email FitBit and they said to make sure it is updated - which mine was. This time when I went into "Set up Device" it connected to my One. Not sure what was different this time but appreciate all the suggestions. Best of luck to everyone -

I had the same problem so I connected it to my computer and tried again. I couldn't set it up on my iPhone or iPad. The last two of the three times I had to do this, I pressed the button on my fitbit one but nothing ever happened other than it corrected itself. So far it's been two days and it's still working fine. Try connecting via computer

I have the same non-sync issue on my iPhone 6 (IOS 10.2.1) recently. The SYNC arrow just swirls around, nothing happens. (No issues on my home computer.)
Yesterday I got it to go by rebooting the iPhone. BUT, same issue today, so I rebooted/reset the FitBit One. It is working now, but for how long?
I too suspect an issue with the latest version of the iPhone app.

Got back from a run, still syncing. (Although, it HAS appeared to update and reflects the # of steps on the Fit One itself.)
Another thing that it does NOW is to not display sleep or exercise logs when the app is opened. You must select either category, then the sleep time or exercise will appear when you go back to the Dashboard view.

Prior to this latest update, the steps used to be the largest category on the iPhone/iPad (see attached photo) but now the calories burned seems to be the 'main event' and I don't know how to change it back. Do you?

Hey - Zodybee - I copied the directions I recieved from FitBit - this was one of the problems I was having with mine. I have been okay for 2 days now - I hope it sticks! Good luck!
"If your Calories tile is showing, but your Steps tile is not, it may be because the tile is hide. To show, hide, or rearrange dashboard tiles, please follow these steps:
Open the Fitbit app dashboard.
Tap ''Edit'' in the top right corner.
To show hidden tiles, tap the + icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to show.
To hide tiles, tap the x icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to hide.
To rearrange tiles, hold and drag the tile to a new location.
Tap ''Done''." ---- LoisR

Thanks for letting me know that I can adjust the 'main event' on my dashboard. My iPad never changed and showed 'steps' as the main event. My iPhone had changed with the last update. I clicked on 'Edit' and held my finger on 'Steps' and dragged it up. Thanks for the tip!!

Hi everyone -- If you're still experiencing issues with syncing your One to the Fitbit app or computer, please answer the following questions:
Also, try the following troubleshooting steps, did any specific step resolve the issue for you? Looking forward to your responses.

I am still seeing intermittent difficulty in syncing. As I type this, the swirling sync arrows have been spinning for 10 minutes.
1. Fit: 6.60 firmware
2. iPhone 6
3. iOs 10.2.1
4. Did all the stuff in your troubleshooting link. Force-closing the FitBit app works sometimes. Sometimes just going to another screen (like, back-arrow one day, then return) updates the screen. Uninstalling the app & reinstalling did not fix.
5. No error messages.
