My Fitbit One will still keep track of my steps, floors, calories, etc. on the device, but I can't get it to sync. I have tried everything they suggest. I was just thinking about getting a new One. Is Fitbit still making and selling the ONE!
Mine won't sync half the time. I think that it's fitbits way of making us purchase new fitbits. I asked them to post a line to a manual sync for the fitbit, but I haven't heard or seen anything about it. This problem has been going on for months and they don't do anything about it. I need it so I can watch my salt intake.
