I charged my tracker this morning and my app can no longer find it. It says "Looking". I have rebooted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and removed the app from the list. I am unable to re-add the app because Fitbit can't find it. It just says "Searching". I am now totally frustrated and would love some useful suggestion so that I may continue using it.

Try putting your One into the charger and holding down the button until the version number shows up on the display (10-15 sec). That will restart it, but you won't lose any steps. Then try to add it back to your app.
You might have to try restarting it a couple times.

I am having the same problem. It seems to have happened since my computer did a windows 10 update. My Iphone can not find it and also my computer says no device paired. I have a Fitbit One. I have tried holding the button down until the version info comes up on the One, but that has not helped. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here. Working great for two years until the iPhone update. Now it just looks constantly and finds it maybe a couple of times per day, even though it's set to continuously sync.

My app was the current version and my Fitbit One was fully charged.
I tried restarting my iPhone (again) and this time it worked.

I did this while the charger was plugged into my computer and now it works. Thank you!
