Surface damaged after charging

I recently charged my one only to find the surface is all cracked. There was no reason for this, meaning it wasn't broken, stepped on or damaged in any way. Can the display surface be replaced? Is this a known problem? What gives?

Fitbit sends out a replacement if decided when under warranty (it's up to them to decide).

Feel free to contact the Fitbit Support Team: India | United Kingdom | United States

Optionally check out Returns & Warranty before contacting support.

Tip: Refrain from trying fixing yourself if there's warranty left as it will void the warranty if doing so. Cat Embarassed
