My day streak reset

I had well over 500 days on my 10,000 step day streak.  For no apparent reason I noticed this past week that it was saying I had 5 day streak when I started chatting with Fitbit.  Now I'm up to ten days and two phone calls and no closer to correcting the problem.

Thanks for your question about sending us an image in an email message. We don’t receive email messages with files attached in a compressed format, such as zip, rar, 7z, or tgz. If you sent an image as one of these attachments, please resend your email message and attach an accepted file type, such as a .jpg file.

I had no question about sending them an image!

All they have to do is "look" at my daily steps.  The l owest I have had in a month is over 11,000.  I have updated and reloaded the app.  I'm very frustrated!
