Hi Zena65: Do you have a hard drive the tall black box that sits on the floor? Your computer must work with it. Well, there are 2 slots 1. you did get half a small button toggle. That sits on the bottom which goes with the main toggle which goes in the top slot above the button. There is a design that looks like a long stick with a point connected to a circle, then a square Balanced on a ball. That part goes into the hard drive. The other part that jas 2 prongs you Fitbit One goes in backward's. You can push on the button and the whole white battery will light up when that happens. Look at your dashboard and in the upper right-hand corner you will see the same picture but it's like a green battery. When it lights up it will read your battery is synced up. I have a few photos1.
