My One will not sync with any of my devices. Have tried laptop, cell phone, tablet. Nothing. I have lose at least 25,000 steps. This is a pattern after any of the Fitbit updates and new features. Please fix this, I cannot wear your plastic bands and need my clip on working.

Try resetting your fitbit One by plugging in to recharge. When the battery picture lights up, hold the button down for 12 - 15 seconds. Then unplug the fitbit One without turning it on. It should reset then. Click the button to turn it back on again. Then go to the app on your phone or PC and connect to it again.

I will also post another video. Watch both of them, follow instructions, then reset your phone and one tracker. This worked for me. These videos are for android phones.

Best AnswerThe sync command is greyed out. I (regretfully) updated the app last night and now my sync is greyed out. I tried rebooting the phone, restarting the app, and turning off bluetooth. When I turn off bluetooth, I am able to click the sync button, but it doesn't actually sync. It just shows my phone tracker steps. When I turn bluetooth back on, it's greyed out and the steps have still not been updated. I am so annoyed that I updated the app.
I have an iphone, so did not watch the videos since they are for androids.
Best AnswerI've been having the same problem since 1/29 and it's so frustrating. I was told to download new IOS software for iPhone 11 by Fitbit and I'm still having the problem of not syncing. I've talked to them several times and they have no answers. I've now lost data as it's been more than 7 days. Beyond frustrated!

Best AnswerI've tried this and my iPhone is still not finding the device. Fitbit is of no help and this device is useless now unless they figure this problem out.
Best AnswerThank you so much. I just did what you suggested and my Fitbit one is now syncing. I have been walking a lot during COVID-19 and I really like to keep track of my steps
Thank you!!!
