My fitbit one keeps adding floors I did not climb.

Yesterday my fitbit one said i climbed 127 floors.  I probably climbed about 18.  So far today I have not climbed any floors and it has given me 9.  It hasn't been particularly windy and I haven't been driving on bumpy roads.  My steps seem to be accurate, but this concerns me.  Is my fitbit about to quit on me?  I have only had it about 7 months.

Definitely not any different than usual. Not windy or damp or excessively
hot or cold or anything out of the ordinary.

this only happens with my fitbit one... not the original fitbit.  Cant change it, no longer care

I have bigger problems now.  Is there a help site where someone actually reads  your entire question?

My Fitbit is telling me that I have climbed 213 flights of stairs today when it was, in fact, 10. This kind of thing has been happening for days. The other data seems to be correct. After 3 broken Fitbit trackers and four broken straps over 3 years, I am not impressed with this product at all.
