My fitbit one won't turn on

It notified yesterday I needed to charge it again for the week , last night I put it on the charger with less than 1/2 charge, this morning complete dead.
Try it again for the last 4hours and still doesn't want to charge.

Hi @Mrsmendez. How long have you had your One?

 

When you charged it, did you press the button to see what the charging status was? And if so, did it show a full charge?

I been having it since 2013, and I used it everyday, lately I been using it more because I have a couple of friends that purchase one, so we been doing challenges.
Yes I did all that and nothing.

Welcome to our Community @Mrsmendez! Hope you're doing good! Smiley HappyI noticed my friend @TandemWalker asked great questions to help you resolve this. I'd like to add that you can to using hand sanitizer and a tissue or dampen a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and carefully clean the charging contacts on your tracker and charger since they get dirty sometimes.
