I've had my One for less than a month and all was going well until yesterday. I cked my steps abt 2:45 and had 13,000. I didn't sync at that time. at 7:00 pm when I cked my steps the time was wrong and my step count was 895. then the time returned to the correct time. I lost abt 15,000-16,000 steps. so bummed!! what happened??

Welcome to our Community @MaryBy @daisybel @liztay85 it's great having you here! Woman HappyTry restarting your One by following the steps provided in this thread and then make sure to adjust your timezone on your online Dashboard by doing the following:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
