This isn't the first time this has happened but it has gone on for more than a day. The Fitbit is recording steps just fine, but after I did the app update, it won't sync with my phone or the desktop dongle. I have tried turning the phone, the computer, and the Fitbit on and off, re set the bluetooth on the phone, and tried re loading the Fitbit driver on the computer.
This is the 3rd time I have had this syncing problem after an app update, and it is super frustrating. Stop messing around with code that works.

I've had exactly the same problem. I now haven't been able to sync my phone for over a week. It's annoying and a bit demotivating. Any suggestions to fix it would be gratefully received.

Welcome to our Community @Missjess! It's nice to see you around more often my friend @TangledWood! Why don't you try restarting your tracker one more time by following the steps provided in this thread. After doing this, make sure you follow the steps provided on these links:
- Computer
