Need help with GPS

I have had my fitbit ONE for about 2 years and i love it..

But my GPS tracker has stopped and its driving me mad... i have lots of older maps saved.  But last one was Sept... nothing since.

I have tried a reaet.. but it wont even do that.. what do i do?

I need my fitbit.. 

I am always encouraging friends and family to get fitbits.. so far 8 people have bought.. and i hope theirs still work.

The One doesn't have GPS so your maps must have been from your phone's GPS. Has anything changed with your phone?

Nothing has changed with my phone.
When i push track.. the words GPS flash in the top left corner with green bars flashing under it.. what is that if it is not GPS

I'm sure you are using GPS but I assume you "push track" on your phone rather than your One. You're using your phone to track not your One.

Yes your right.. so it must be the phone....
I havent changed anything so not sure why it isn't doing it now.

Are you using iOS? If so, I wonder if you're affected by this known bug with GPS:
