No steps syncing since last week

I can't get mine to sync either. My Fitbit one seems to be working fine, but I have also tried deleting app and reinstalling with no luck. Hello Fitbit...does anybody monitor these boards?

My fitbit is not tracking any steps at all..says tracker not found when isync..and is stuck at 0 steps for two days!

Yes. I have had issues with syncing for past couple of days. The tracker shows steps taken but it won't sync with my i-phone or i-pad apps. Have tried turning off bluetooth and turning back on, deleting the app and re-adding as well as turning off the tracker and turning back on. App shows that it is connected but last sync was yesterday afternoon at 3:11p.m. Super frustrating! Had issues over the weekend too but then it seemed to be working (only last a day).

Ughh..so frustrating..same here..i tried everything!! Must be an app issue...hope they fix it soon!!

I contacted them..tey said it may take up to 2 days to respond..super frustrating..:(

Hi @Lilfoorstepsdc - Is it your Fitbit One that isn't tracking or it is simply not synching? Are the steps showing on your One's display?

 

If your One is not registering steps at all, then I would suggest restarting it, using the instructions in How do I restart my tracker .

 

If the steps are showing just fine on your One but nothing shows up on your dashbaord, then it's likely not syncing. So try the following tips in I can't sync my tracker and hopefully one of them will be successful in syncing your One.

Thanks!! I followed the steps to reset my Fitbit and I am now able to sync with my app!! Thank you so much!
