No vibration for daily step goal

Before I purchased the One I called and talked to Fitbit Customer Service to clarify if the One vibrated when daily step goal is reached. I was reassured that yes the One does vibrate, but I have not felt it vibrate any of the times I have reached my goal. Was I misinformed or is my One not operating properly?

I used to have the Flex and the best part was it vibrating to let me know I reached my goal as it is very rewarding and motivating. I will be very disappointed if I was misinformed.

I'm really sorry you were misinformed. But the one has never vibrated Whan the goal was met.

@cksconcerns , you might want to vote for this feature request: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Requests/One-Vibrate-Buzz-When-Goals-Are-Achieved/idi-p/2191... .  The more people who vote for it, the more likely it is to be implemented.
