One only comes on when plugged in

Can anyone help..my Fitbit one is fully charged but only turns on when it's plugged in to the charger, as soon as I unplug it, it is completely dead won't do anything at all? the screen and everything appears normal when plugged in and will sync fine with my phone but can't get it to do anything at all when it isn't plugged in! tried resetting it but no joy 😞

not yet, I spoke to them on Twitter and they said they will probably need to look at it so I've had to email their customer support now so just waiting to hear 😞

through the website it says 'contact us' u can call or email them X

Hello everyone, Indeed if the tracker is presenting this behavior and you have tried a restart already and still is not working. The best option is contact support just like @katielevy and @HelenGa mentioned they do. I wonder how it went for you @Lynetteq and @lengen? Did you contact support?

I called fitbit support. The checked the battery, and it is close to
dead. Since it's out of warranty, the only gave me a 25% discount on a new
one. It still works as an alarm if I leave it plugged in during the day,
so for the time being, I'm not using it to measure steps.
