I've just upgraded my coputer from vista to windows 10 and everything is working fine

Glad to hear it. Windows 10 is working fine for me too. It must be a huge change for you coming from Visa.

Hi @ChelseaBlackCat, glad to hear you are using windows 10. I'm agree with @SteveH, after I upgraded my Windows 8.1 to the new Windows 10 it has worked flawlessly and the good part here is that the Fitbit windows 10 app offers other options that cannot be found in the mobile app or the web-based Dashboard.
