I just got a new One and I was so excited but it is not showing any active minutes. I had a Zip before and it always showed active minutes on my dashboard on my pc and phone. If I cannot get it to register active minutes like my Zip did I might have to return it. I won't purchase any of the fancier more expensive ones because I would not be able to wear them on my wrist while working. Any suggestions?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @rebirthdiva. Your active minutes should show properly in your Dashboard. To further investigate this issue please be so kind to provide me with a screen shot of the "Activity + Stats" tile in your online Dashboard showing the active minutes for the last 7 days.

Thanks for the response. After a few days of not registering all of my activity minutes it finally did it! Then it didn't. Yesterday I worked out for 35 minutes and I got nothing. Later on in the day while I was at work it randomly gave me 8 minutes. I think it's just fickle. I guess as long as it gets my steps numbers right I will not stop using it. I just don't understand how the Zip was able to track activity minutes better than the One.
