Not synching

My fitbit had been synching fine every since the problem following the long problem after the fitbit challenge. As of yesterday afternoon it has quit synching again. Is anyone else having a problem ?

Mine neither. It says it can't find the tracker, but we have 3 between us and none of them are working.

Mine quit synching after Sunday. Everything works, alarm, display and all but it just won't synch to any device.

Mine also hasn't synced since Monday this week.  SO frustrating!  I'm going to call the help desk tomorrow.

Mine isn't syncing either and it's only 2 weeks old

I followed the advice on another thread - plugged my fitbit into the usb charger, held the button down for 15 seconds or so until it came back to the software version. Then when I unplugged it, it synced with the fitbit desktop on my computer. It still doesn't want to sync with the online dashboard, but at least it's working again.

That did it for me! I wish I had taken the time to look at troubleshooting tips first...
