Not tracking steps

My "one" syncs just fine, but since the update on 4/28, it doesn't show my steps as I take them. 'All day sync" is turned on.

Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.

I just noticed that the device no longer appears on the dashboard. I've had to go My Account and click Sync Now to update with steps taken. I don't like this app update.

Right now it's working. I turned my phone off and back on.

After turning phone off and back on, the dashboard restored to how it was (displays the device where you can see the battery life and does active syncing). Thanks, VickyC.

Well---I thought mine was the only one doing this!!! I have well over 10,000 steps since this morning---when I sync---it is still showing 168,000 and NOT showing the rest of the steps for TODAY!!!! HUMPH!! I am frustrated!! I was FIRST on the list of people that I compete with---BUT now I went down to second-all because it is NOT showing my steps for TODAY!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

So frustrating. Everyday since the app update last Thursday the device disappears from the dashboard. Have to keep turning the phone off and back on to restore. This sucks.

Hi @CKao how are you doin' today? Let me ask you, did the tile disappear from the Dashboard or from the mobile app? 

Here you will find instructions to show hidden tiles on the iOS app. And in this other post, you can find the instructions to show hidden tiles on the PC Dashboard.

It kept disappearing from the dashboard of the app for a few more days following my post and it eventually stopped happening on its own. The app seems to be working fine now. Thanks for the follow up!
