Nothing but a full charge.

My fitbit one quit working correctly today.  No problems until this afternoon, when it suddenly stopped responding to my pressing the button.  When I put it on the charger it shows a full charge, then a few times it showed ''fitbit 6.60'' then worked ok for a while.  Now all I get is the full charge display, and nothing else.  I need some help here.  I'm going to try and find customer support here on the website, but it's 10 at night and I don't expect much.  Let me know if any of you have worked through this type of issue and any solutions you may have found.

Thanks

Welcome to the Community @LitDoc! Hmm this is pretty weird, let me help you out. Try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and keep an eye on it, if the issue persists then you can contact Support and let them know the steps you'eve tried so far.

@WendyB Thanks for moving it to the correct board. 🙂

Let me know how it goes!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
