Numbers not matching

My numbers on my mobile app do not match the numbers on the fitbit.com dashboard. The numbers on the dashboard do match up with my actual fitbit. Everything has been synced and battery is full. Tried re-booting bluetooth and phone and still the numbers are off, by 1,000 (approx)

It's good to see new members around @MelrandamomRobot Very Happy So let me see if I understood. So the amount of steps on the Fitbit app don't match with the steps on the Fitbit One itself, right?

Let me ask you something, it is the tracker showing a higher or lower amount of steps? In the meantime I would like you to take a look of the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post, because I think that this could be related to syncing issues, so please follow those instructions to fix that.

Let me know how it goes!

I'm having the same problem. My stats are incorrect for a number of days now. It's a bit discouraging to meet your target and then not have it reflected in the app. 😞

Hey guys @Cris121 and @Melrandamom! Please try the following:

- Turn OFF the Bluetooth on your phone

- Reboot your phone

- Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone

- Log out fro the Fitbit app

- Log back in

Let me know if that works!
