Fitbit app on phone not picking up steps

My Fitbit is registering steps, but suddenly my phone app isn't syncing and picking up the steps. It was fine last night and not today. For some reason I can't uninstall app from my phone. Suggestions??

I'm having the same problem.  The app on my iPhone registered my steps at 10 am today, but now it won't.  When I go to my account in the app, it says it's looking for my One -- it's like it can't find it.  I tried the manual sync in the app and it also now keeps saying "looking"....

What's going on with the app?!

I looked through other posts, found something about reinstalling the app on my phone.  I did that, but it didn't help.  Then I found something about restarting the FitBit and how to do it with the One tracker.

After I restarted my FitBit, and reopened the App on my phone, I was able to do a manual sync and my steps were updated on my phone.  I notice that the app is now showing "Connected" under the One icon and in my account settings, where before it kept showing "Looking".

So it appears that restarting my One tracker resolved the issue.

Welcome aboard to our community @Donnasr64 and @NancyP7831. It seem you are having syncing issues. One of the best ways to resolved this is doing a restart. If the issue persist, perhaps you should take a look at my friend PeterFitbit's post. It might help you for this kind of issues.

Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be here giving follow up.
