One Not Holding a Charge After Update.

Fitbit One will not hold a charge.  What can be done?   App is up to date.

@Cfaley Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with your One's battery life. Thanks for keeping the app up to date.

 

How many days is the battery on your One lasting?

 

I'd recommend trying these tips to improve the battery on your One. This should certainly give you more battery life.

I am having the same problem. I fully charged my Fitbit One 3 hours ago, and now the App is telling me that the battery is at Medium! Since fully charging it, I have only been at home and done less than 2000 steps! It is only 2 days since I last fully charged it, which is also not long ago. I have never had to charge it so frequently until recently.  I have not changed any of my Fitbit settings either.  My App is up-to-date, and I have had my Fitbit One for just over 2 years.  Is this something to do with the battery, or something else?
