Recently washed fitbit one. Also traveled to different time zone. Now fitbit will not change time nor sync.
Bluetooth is on.

Welcome to the forums!
Did you put it in Rice for a few days to dry it out?
Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

@woofie It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your Fitbit One not syncing. It's unfortunate to read that it got washed. However, it's great that you have traveled!
The time is not changing because it is not syncing. However, once it syncs it should change the time to the correct one. In this case, I'd recommend performing all of these syncing troubleshooting steps to sort this out. Try the steps in the order given for best results.
Also, as it got washed, this may be happening as a result of moisture still being inside your tracker. So, have you tried @WendyB's suggestion already? Rice should take off any moisture left inside your One.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Did all the recommended steps, but still did not sync. Will have to buy a new one if I want to keep tracking.

@woofie Thanks for your reply and for trying all of the recommended steps in order to sort this out. Have you thought on which one would you like to buy this time?
I went ahead and contacted you via PM. Please keep an eye on your Community inbox.
