(One) Tracker not found, not syncing

After three days of sync problems I thought I had the problem solved. Went through all the steps recommended in the Troubleshooting section then rebooted my Samsung S4 (version 5.0.1) and it started working. Two hours later and I'm back in Purgatory! As this seems to be a problem across many platforms, it must be Fitbit's App that is the issue. I wish they'd fix it soon.

The steps I took:

Uninstalled the App

Reinstalled the App

Deleted my tracker from the App

Tried adding my tracker back on the App - wasn't finding it

Restarted my phone

Was able to add my tracker back on the App - synced just fine two hours ago

I'm having the same problem, and it started 3 days ago as well. For some reason, 2/29 was the last day I was able to sync. Starting 3/1, my Fitbit One has not been able to connect with my PC (Windows 7), tablet (Android), or smartphone (Android). I took the exact steps you did and tried the suggestions I could find in the "Help" area. Just like you, no luck. Wondering if leap year has anything to do with that, ha! Or, wondering if something about the app changed on 3/1.
