My fitbit one is setting itself to 0 and not registering data. At 2pm today I had 17000 steps but now at 8pm it says 0. Also has not recorded yesterday data.

@Nessie1976 Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is very strange! Is the time showing correctly on your One?

I recommend performing a restart on it. Do this a couple of times in a row. That should certainly help you out!

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

@Nessie1976,

Welcome to the community!

Any chance you depleted the battery on your Fitbit recently?  If so, then I have an idea about what occurred to you.  Let us know.

I hope this helps.
