I'm having a problem where the One won't connect to any devices, even to sync.
I have the wireless dongle on my computer, the updated app on my iPhone, and the updated app on my Android. None of them can connect to my One. Even when I try registering it as a new device, it cannot register that it exists.
Nothing else seems to be wrong with the device. It seems to count correctly, etc, etc. I only noticed because my wife mentioned that I was listed as no recent activity since May 8th, which means I've charged this multiple times, as well as have a month's worth of steps safely stored on the One I can't access.
I presume this is probably just that the wireless transmitter has died, but would like ideas on how to remedy it.

It's nice to see our Community is growing @Sarghi! Welcome! Why don't you try restarting your One by following the steps @Odyssey13 provided here. Also, make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working properly on your mobile devices and that the dongle is being recognized on your computer. I'd like to know if you're receiving any error message in the three devices?
Keep me posted!

I'm having the same issue. Suddenly on May 24, my One stopped synching. On my laptop as well as my two iPhones, it shows 'looking', but nothing else happens. The device itself is working as the steps and stairs, etc., are calculcating, but it isn't synching.
I have done everything suggested but still nothing works. No error message; just 'looking' spinning.

Welcome to our Community @suz721! Hope you're doing great! Did you already tried to restart your tracker by following the steps provided in here by @Odyssey13? Also, why don't you try following the steps my friend @SunsetRunner provided in this thread.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

Thanks MeylinFitbit for the response! I'm an old hand with FitBit, but new to having issues with them! Well, other than driving over them.
That seems to ahve worked. The first two times I did it I was getting "tracker not found" on my iphone, android (Galaxy S4), and computer. After the third time it registered on my iphone, but not my android for some reason. I don't know if it synced over the computer.
Thanks again!

Hey there @Sarghi thanks for the update! To know if your One was successfully set up on your Android device you can go to your Android Fitbit Dashboard and at the top of the Dashboard you must see a tile with the name of your tracker on it. On your computer, you can enter here and click the gear icon that is located on the upper right corner and you must see your tracker there.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
