I am having the same problem with my Fitbit One. It worked until February 26, it now says I am inactive and friends nor I am recieving any information on my Fitbit Account and I cannot sync. Any ideas, if I restart my device does it wipe out all the walking info. , I have completed in the past?

Same problem here, but a little different. I did the thing where you connect to the computer, hold down button, etc and it synced right away. I went out and walked and now it won't sync again. Restarted my computer, refrested my dashboard and still nothing! Wondering if this is going to be an ongoing problem and I'm going to have to reconnect every time. Very frustrating.

Well, I reinstalled and now I'm syncing with no problem, but now the only information I'm getting on my dashboard is the little graph showing my activity and my friend's steps. All that's showing in the other windows is a little swirling circle. I'm really getting fed up. I think Fitbit better figure out a solution!

Hi guys how are you doin' today? @res289, try the steps I posted earlier and let me know.
@paulamak Ok, perfect, so now it seems that your Fitbit One is syncing again, so to fix this issue with the Fitbit website, please try clearing your browser's cache. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found on this link: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache. Then please try to sync, using your preferred Internet browser. It should be displaying the tiles fine!

Hi @JCKKB374 thanks for letting me know that your Fitbit One is syncing again!
@LAS58 welcome to the Community! If you have a Windows 10 computer, please follow the next tips to make your tracker sync:
- REQUIREMENTS
TROUBLESHOOTING
If all the requirements are met and your tracker won't sync with a PC running the Fitbit app for Windows 10:
1. Make sure that your tracker is paired ("connected") via Bluetooth. To do so, from the Start menu go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth. Note that Bluetooth should be on and you should see your Fitbit tracker on the devices list with the word “Connected” below it.
2. If your tracker is connected but won't sync, it's possible that the Bluetooth signal is weak or compromised temporarily. Insert the wireless sync dongle that came with your tracker into a USB port. Note that Fitbit Blaze does not come with a dongle; it can connect to your computer directly via the charging cable.
3. If your tracker is not connected:
- Tap or click the tracker name and choose Remove Device.
- Make sure your tracker is nearby and wait for it to reappear in the devices list.
- When it does, tap or click the tracker again and choose Pair. Pairing can take several minutes but you'll see a progress bar. Pairing is done when the status changes to “Connected.”
- If you're still unable to sync, contact Customer Support so we can investigate the issue and get you back on track.
Occasionally you'll receive a prompt to insert the dongle a moment before Bluetooth finds your tracker and syncs. To make sure your tracker syncs:
1. Tap or click Account. The time of your last sync appears below the tracker name.
2. If the sync isn't recent, insert the dongle. A sync should initiate immediately.
3. To force a sync, tap or click the ellipsis icon (three dots) in the top right of our dashboard and tap or click sync now.
I hope that helps!
