I did an update on my android last night and now it is not recording my steps. How do I rectify that?

@Fayzee54 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Are you still experiencing this issue?

I recommend performing a restart on your One. Please do this a couple of times. That should certainly help you out. This has also  helped other users in the past.

@Fayzee54 Thanks for your reply! I'm glad to hear that your One is working properly again!

No, in order to restart your Fitbit One, you need to do the following steps:

  1. Plug your charging cable into your computer.
  2. Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
  3. Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
  4. Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.

That is how you can perform the restart process on your Fitbit One.

Hope this helps. See you around! Smiley Happy
