One not working properly

Had a One since Dec 2016.  First one went bad.  Got  a replacement Feb 2017.  Now in April the replacement not working.  

 

Does anyone know an alternative brand or device ghat works better?

Can you at least describe how the device is malfunctioning?  Mine has been working like a champ for nearly four years.

You can try again for the one, but if you really want a new one, there are a couple of options:

if you want a clip, you can get the zip or ultra. They are both a little bit worse

if you want a band on you're wrist, you can buy a Charge, blaze, surge, flex, alta etc.
