Hi @Bo3b. I assume that you're using the Fitbit app for Windows 10. If so, I would suggest installing the legacy Fitbit Connect application for Windows PC and see if that works better. Both can co-exist on your Win 10 computer; but with the legacy Fitbit Connect program, you may have to have the Fitbit dongle plugged in to sync. Here is the link to the set up page where you can download the legacy Windows PC Fitbit Connect program -- www.fitbit.com/setup

Unfortunately, the Win 10 Fitbit app has had issues from the get go and is still a work-in-progress in my opinion. I'm much happier with the legacy application.

My two cents. Have a nice day.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Hey @TandemWalker, Thanks for the reply and info.

Unfortunatley, for me at least, I'm not inclined to solve FitBit shortcomings by messing with my PC setup. I know the change you suggested is relatively trivial but by my way of thinking the oness is on FitBit to make their products work troublefree as advertised.

I'll just move on to some other brand product if the Windows 10 issues are not addressed soon! Too many other good choices to accept poor quality.

Thanks again,

Bob
