My sleep tracker seems to work but then today when I sat down to check my steps I noticed that my sleep tracker was tracking my sleep all day long and said that I was asleep all day long. Somethings wrong, is there a fix for this?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Could it be that you forgot to turn the sleep traking off when walking up this morning?
Also the sleep tracking and the exercise tracking are the same mode on the tracker. Both are started by holding in the button.
