I received a replacement one Fitbit last November. I have had nothing but trouble with it since I received it. It keeps turning itself off then the middle of the day and you can't tell what's going on. I have tried to contact them I can't find the original email but they should have a record. It is impossible to get a phone number and talk to somebody I'm thinking I may just move on to a different brand I'm about done with this.

Give a call to customer support's phone (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA.

Yes, we were able to resolve my dead fit bit ONE.
