Had the same problem today as I've seen posted. I did all the things everyone else did. Checked to see if my iPhone needed an update this evening and it did. After the update when I went back to the fitbit app it was now active but still only showing the Cals. I clicked on edit and was now able to add steps, miles, activity minutes. When I went back to the dashboard everything was there. I put my finger on the steps and slid it to the Cal spot and that moved down to where the steps had been. I hope this make sense and helps someone else. I love my One and don't want a type on a band.
