I ordered a fitbit one directly from FitBit and what I got was an envelope with JUST the tracking device, no charger, dongle, clip, etc. The item is packaged in a little bag and says 'replacement'.
Has this happened to anyone else? I contacted them but I've heard bad things about customer service and am hoping I'm not out $100, as I paid for a new fitbit one with all the pieces, and assumed that is what I was getting. Very frustrated as this is the 3rd FitBit device I've tried in hopes I'd like them....
I can't even set this thing up without the other pieces! What all came with your FitBit One's???

@jessrabbit89, that's definitely not right! However, I have had very good experiences with Fitbit Support, they should get you back up and going in no time. The fastest way to get a response from them is by phone or live chat, but I've been in touch with them by email in the last week and they have been pretty prompt. If you don't have much success, definitely get posting on here again, the moderators are pretty good at responding and sometimes help to escalate cases in Support.
