My fitbit hasn't synced with my phone since yesterday afternoon. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and turned off and back on my bluetooth. For some reason when I try to pair my One with my bluetooth it says "pairing rejected by one ". Can anyone help? I have a S6.

Yep! Me too. Mine won't pair with my computer either. 😞
And I did all the same steps. U installed, restarted phone...

I'm having the same problem as well. When I click on "sync now" on my phone, nothing happens. Had no problems until last month. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. Suggestions beyond that??
