Personal Best not updating

Hi there! I'm wondering if a moderator can update my personal best. It has not updated since Dec 27, 2014.

My best day was on April 29, 2016 - 20,014 steps, 14.91km

Also, for my personal best for Floors it says "Your stats will be updated in 24h. It has said that for over a year.

Please help! Thanks a bunch 🙂

Hello, All my personal best has not updated since January 2016. I have reach out to fitbit support by email numerous times and we have trouble shot the issues. It's still not fix. If someone else had the same issue and your problem is RESOLVED.....WELP....HELP smileyhappy:
