Phone 'Finds' Fitbit One but Won't Sync

How common is it for your phone to "find" your Fitbit One but not be able to sync with it?  Is this a pretty common unfixable problem or is there usually a way to fix it?  Thank you.

Unfortunately, syncing problems do occur from time to time but they are usually fixable.

I tried all the above. When I turn bluetooth back on and click on one it says "pairing rejected by one". Nothing has worked yet. Help!

@charm3 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for trying all of the above steps in order to sort this out. Thanks for sharing those details. 

 

Can you confirm if your One is paired to your account? Do you see the tracker's picture on your dashboard?

 

Also, please check if you have any updates available for your One. This may be the reason why you are experiencing this as well.

 

Additionally, please make sure you have tried each step of the ones listed here. You can try them again in the order given there for best results.
