Fitbit One was your best tracker and yet you took it away. Not everyone can wear a wrist band

I totally agree, bring back the One.

I had a One for years. Lost it and got convinced to try the wrist style. I hate always having to have it on my wrist! finally decided to suck it up and re-purchase the One.  What a disappointment to discover they don’t carry it anymore!!! Please bring it back.

Wrist trackers do not count steps if you are pushing a stroller or pushing a cart at the grocery store, so they are dumb. The zip is a cheap tracker and does not come close to comparing to the One or any of your wrist trackers. What is fitbits issue of having a clip on tracker comparable to it's wrist trackers.

It was suggested to me that they want all customers wearing a wrist
tracker. They are visible, may prompt discussion and therefore subliminal
“advertising “. The One is worn hidden.

The ONE with a replaceable battery would be perfect. The Zip is too big and too limited.  I will never wear one on my wrist, so they will lose me as a customer when my ONE dies, but they don't seem to care.

Five years as  a loyal Fitbit One user (one replacement along the way).I have brought many into the community along the way and they in turn brought others in too.

Still hoping they recant and bring back the One. There are many of us who reject a wristband for a variety of reasons, among them:

- more accuracy all steps are counted as opposed to arm movements with the wristbands

- its tiny size makes it easy to tuck away and wear unobtrusively

- wristband aren't for everyone (allergic reactions, dressing in formal attire, don't like wearing on wrist)

Zip has been suggested as a replacement but it is bulkier, battery has to be changed frequently, doesn't count stairs, etc. etc. etc.

I don't understand why Fitbit has dropped the One from the line as opposed to dropping the Zip.

Please reconsider, bring Fitbit One back or with a similar replacement.

Hi Everyone! I hope you're all doing well! Thank you for your feedback on the One.

Please see this thread for our statement on the One, there you can also join the conversation the One availability and alternative ideas. Since this is a duplicate thread, we will be closing it for further comments.

See you around!
