I've a problem, thuesday (12/4) my one synced without problems. From that day on it doesn't work anymore by bluetooth.
Today I restarted my one, without success. I removed my one from bluetooth and tried with the dongle.
Still no syncing.
Is there someone who knows what to do??

I have the same issue since 2 days.
He does sync on the mobile phone, but no data anymore.
With the connect on my iMac it doesn't even see the device anymore.
Reinstalled connect on the imac.
Reinstalled the fitbit app on my iPhone 6 plus.
After logging in it asked me to set date and time on automatic
and now it is working again.
That seems to be the solution !
(probably after the last iOS update)
Tell me if that works for you.
So just reinstall the app.

I use Windows so it's not connected with Ios.
Another problem is that I disconnected my one from bluetooth and that I can't reconnect him anyore: my pc doesn't find the one...

Hello @YannickH and welcome aboard to our community @robje64. Thank you for sharing with us your solution.
I bet you were able to fix the issue to sync with windows, but in case still persist I recommend the following:
1. Restart your tracker. See the following post shared by my friend @MarreFitbit in case you need the steps.
2. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your Windows phone and then open the Fitbit app to initiate a sync.
3. If you're still having trouble, set up your tracker as a new device using your existing account. Only if you do this be aware that all the data that has not synced will be lost.
